I tried, folks. I actually took a reflector to a client’s home, which is further than it’s ever gone from my car trunk, ever. I even got it out, showed it to Zachary, and…he used it as a giant frisbee for the rest of the shoot, yelling, “FRISBEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! GIANT FRISBEEEEEEEEEE!”
Said Zachary, striking a pose between ninja moves:

This looks like it could be torn from a catalog — Miss Charlotte is a gorgeous growing-up-too-fast thing.

And Amanda…she’s all walking and talking and running and screeching and mischief-making…she was *absolutely* filthy by the end of the shoot. It was fabulous.

Last, but not least, the long-suffering and slow-moving Zoe. I always photograph the family puppy when I’m around, ’cause they were usually there first. And let’s face it, the love of little ones isn’t always gentle. ::petpet::

And all three of them…they failed the booty-shake-without-laughing test. Miserably.
